At KIIRT, we offer custom flags as a service to our customers. Our custom flag service allows you to personalize your flag with your choice of design and specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of our custom flag service, we generally do not offer refunds for orders that have been placed. If you would like to request a refund for your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we will begin the production process for your custom flag and refunds will not be possible.
We will only consider refunds in the event of obvious defects or damage to the product. In these cases, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer as part of our custom flag service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand the effort and resources that go into providing our custom flag service. Thank you for your business and support.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
