WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
At Kiirt, we offer custom flags that are made to order with your choice of design and photo. Due to the personalized nature of these products, production times may vary.

All orders will be shipped out within 14 b. days of being placed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and delivery options.

If you would like to request a refund for your order, please refer to our refund policy. In general, we do not offer refunds for custom air freshener orders, but there may be certain circumstances in which a refund is possible.
